Awesome place, awesome service Amanda our server was so very personable and friendly, felt right at home. Great beer selection, same for wine. Had the eggplant chips app & Grandma pie, delicious! First time there and will definitely be frequenting this place. Can't wait to try their other menu items. Thank God for this place its just what this area needed! Surfside never tasted so good!!

Not one bad thing to say. The wings are some of the best Ive had in MB. It was fried a little too hard this past time but still delicious! This is our favorite go to. The vodkarita is just too hard to pass up. And you have to go with a classic pep. I love that they had Botanist Gin. My fav. Sophie(a) sorry if I got it wrong.. was an awesome server, great personality and took great care of us really well. She added to the evening. Our new favorite pizza spot when we visit. Foodie McFooderton approved!

This was by far the best pizza I’ve had in Myrtle beach/surfside (and I’ve been here 18 years!!) and our waitress was so kind! The Gelato flight was also so delicious. I never write reviews, I just had such a great experience that I had to share. :)

The best pizza place around here I have ever been to! The fried mozzarella was TO DIE FOR! We ordered the large chicken bacon ranch pizza and it did not disappoint! Ever staff member was extremely attentive and friendly. The interior of the place is BEAUTIFUL and has such a relaxing and warm ambiance. Will be back for many more lunch dates!! Thank you, River Oaks Pizzeria for an amazing lunch today!

Oh my! Welcome to the neighborhood! I was in today for carry out. I received welcome friendly service from the young man who also told me he was the one who took my order. I called ahead for 2 large pizzas and 2 lasagna and they were ready when I arrived. I ordered the Sicilian crust grilled chicken Caesar pizza and the Penne ala vodka round pizza. Both were excellent. Not sure if if crust for each type is same recipe but I noticed the "Artisan" in both but that Sicilian crust spoke love to me. It had perfect taste and chew. I am pretty picky about red sauce entrees and specifically lasagna and I would so order theirs again. Even though we got it to go, the quality did not drop. I hope they get lots of business so they stick around for us locals. I know I'll be going.

We stopped for lunch and enjoyed the vodka penne pizza immensely. The crust was perfect and the seasoning fantastic. My wife ordered the lunch special eggplant sandwich and while it tasted great, it had a bit of skin? or something that she could not chew through. She initially thought it was inedible, but it was definately part of the eggplant. Out server and the manager immediately took care of the situation and made us feel like we are in a place that values our business. All was settled and we left with a good feeling and we will go back again. Can't wait to try a few items that look good on the menu. Ps. The remodel of the location was skillfully done and the place is immaculate.

We had a wonderful dining experience at River Oaks, and our evening was made even better thanks to our waitress, Gabby. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knew the menu inside and out—her recommendations were spot on. The spicy mussels were a perfect start—full of flavor with just the right amount of heat. The chicken piccata was tender and perfectly balanced with a zesty lemon-caper sauce, and the caprese was fresh and vibrant. To top it off, the cannoli cheesecake was unforgettable—rich, creamy, and a perfect fusion of two classic desserts. Paired with a smooth cappuccino, it was the ideal ending to a great meal. River Oaks delivered on all fronts—ambiance, food, and service. Highly recommend, especially if you get Gabby as your server!

First time, pizza was delicious!! Best crust I've had in a long time. Little pricey, but was worth it. Exceptionally pleased with our server!
